Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from your choice of a different type of delivery than the most affordable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

• The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to purchases made directly through Bluetti Power Canada.
• GDHYRC is an affiliate portal – purchase contracts are concluded exclusively between you and Bluetti Power Canada.
• Please contact Bluetti Power Canada's customer service directly for withdrawals.
• The goods must be returned in unused and undamaged condition.
